From a list of addresses to ready routes for every courier.
Upload Excel or CSV. MileCut checks the addresses, organizes the stops, and splits the work between couriers. You review the plan, adjust it, and send each courier a link that opens their ready route in Google Maps on their phone.
MileCut does not need to transform your business to pay for itself.
Across 20 working days, this is the total distance each plan would need to avoid per day at an illustrative vehicle cost of €0.20/km.
Break-even illustration only. Monthly prices exclude VAT. Your vehicle costs and actual savings will differ.
For the owner-driver who is done arranging addresses by eye.

For a team that needs to know whether the plan still fits today's traffic and the time left in the workday.
Start Control- Planning and editing for up to 5 couriers
- Up to 80 addresses total per planning
- 100 successful plannings per month
- Automatic grouping, route editing, history, and export
- Traffic-checked ETA and distance for every courier
- Combined ETA and distance for the complete plan

“I know the way.” They probably do. But local knowledge from one driver cannot split 80 addresses between five couriers and organize the whole day. MileCut builds the plan, Google Maps navigates, and the driver stays free to react on the road.

One planning is counted only after Create Routes succeeds, whether it contains 1 or 5 courier routes. Previews do not use quota.

What matters before you put tomorrow's addresses into MileCut.
Solo plans one courier's route. Team turns one address list into editable routes for up to five couriers. Control adds a point-in-time traffic check for ETA, distance, and the courier recommendation.
One successful Create Routes action counts as one planning, whether it creates one courier route or five. Uploading, reviewing addresses, and comparing courier counts do not use planning quota.
Yes. Every plan lets you review, correct, add, or exclude stops. Team and Control also let you move stops between couriers, reorder routes, and compare different fleet sizes before creating routes.
No MileCut courier app is required. MileCut creates a separate Google Maps route link for every courier, so navigation stays in the tool they already know.
Control checks the already planned routes against current traffic at the selected departure time. It shows when the check was made and uses the result for ETA and fleet sizing. It is a planning-time check, not live vehicle tracking.
Subscription changes and cancellation are managed securely through the Stripe Billing Portal from your MileCut account menu.
