What MileCut is

Product
A browser-based delivery route planner. Login is required to use the actual planner; the guides and product information are public.
Best fit
Owner-drivers and small delivery teams: bakeries, food producers, florists, local retailers and distributors. Especially useful when deliveries start from a spreadsheet. Check the fit and limits.
Main job
Reduce manual stop sorting and help avoid unnecessary driving. The owner reviews addresses, stop order and courier allocation before departure.
Input
Excel (.xlsx or .xls) or CSV address lists. No complex integration is required to start.
Output
Editable routes and separate Google Maps navigation links for couriers. Couriers do not need a new MileCut app.
Actual MileCut planner showing a stop list, courier settings and route review on a map of Sofia.
Actual MileCut planner with sample public Sofia landmarks, not customer delivery data. See the complete workflow.

How a delivery list becomes a route

  1. Register and test. New accounts start with a seven-day Team trial. No card is required.
  2. Upload the list. Import Excel or CSV and choose the starting point.
  3. Review the addresses. Check pins on the map; correct inaccurate stops, add or exclude deliveries.
  4. Shape the plan. MileCut orders stops using the road network. Team and Control can group deliveries across up to five couriers, compare team sizes and let you move or reorder stops.
  5. Create and send. Create the routes and send each courier the Google Maps link. A route may have numbered navigation parts.

Where registration is available

The current signup list contains 17 markets: Bulgaria, Romania, Greece, Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Kosovo, Turkey, Poland, Czechia, Hungary, Austria and Slovakia.

This is not a claim of universal address accuracy or independently tested route quality in every locality. Review the pins and test your own operating area. See the real coverage map and country list.

What not to assume

  • MileCut helps plan routes; Google Maps handles navigation. It is not continuous live GPS fleet tracking.
  • Fuel, distance and time savings are not guaranteed percentages. They depend on your stops, road network, vehicle costs and previous planning habits.
  • Traffic validation is a planning-time check on Control, not a promise of exact arrival times throughout the day.
  • Your business remains responsible for local tolls, permits, vehicle restrictions and low-emission zones.
