DIM-KAT Ltd. (UIC: 206877969), operating under the trade name "MileCut" ("MileCut," "we," "us," or "our"), respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have regarding your data.

This policy applies to all users of milecut.com, the MileCut web application, MileCut mobile driver interface, and any related services (collectively, the "Service").

• Improve the Service — Analyze usage patterns, conduct A/B testing, fix bugs, and develop new features

• Process payments — Manage subscriptions, billing, and invoicing through our payment processor

4.1 Security Measures

• Account data — Retained while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion request.
• Route and delivery data — Retained for 24 months after creation, then automatically deleted. You may delete your data at any time from your account settings.
• Payment records — Retained for 7 years as required by tax and financial regulations.
• Log data — Retained for 90 days for security and debugging purposes.

4.3 Data Location

Customer data is processed in controlled cloud regions with safeguards designed to support GDPR-aligned operations for EU customers.

5.1 Rights Under GDPR

If you are in the EU or EEA, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

• Right to know — Request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you
• Right to delete — Request deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions

We use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:

• Essential cookies — Required for the Service to function (authentication, session management). Cannot be disabled.
• Analytics cookies — Help us understand how users interact with the Service. Can be disabled in your cookie preferences.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies. We do not engage in cross-site tracking or retargeting.

7. Children's Privacy

MileCut is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email and/or by posting a prominent notice on our website at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

9. Do Not Track

Our Service responds to Do Not Track (DNT) browser signals. When we detect a DNT signal, we disable analytics cookies and limit data collection to essential operational purposes only.
