Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Service Use

You agree not to misuse the service or attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer MileCut. We may suspend access for violations.

Data

You retain ownership of the data you upload. You grant MileCut the right to process that data to provide the service.

Payments

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing described at purchase. Taxes may apply.

Limitation of Liability

MileCut is provided “as is” without warranties. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
